1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" refers to the individual member account created upon successful registration and KYC verification on the jlph77 Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by a Member into their jlph77 Account using any of the supported payment methods.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits awarded by jlph77 to a Member's account, subject to applicable wagering requirements and bonus terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body that regulates online gaming in the Philippines.
• "Services" means all gaming, sports betting, financial transaction, customer support, and ancillary services provided by jlph77 through the Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account on the jlph77 Platform, accessing any game or service, or depositing funds, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, and any balance will be forfeited.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction. jlph77 does not make representations regarding the legality of its services in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

3.3 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register or hold an Account on jlph77:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of jlph77 and its affiliated entities;
• Persons who have been self-excluded from jlph77 or any affiliated platform during their active exclusion period;
• Persons on any government-mandated exclusion list applicable to PAGCOR-regulated operators;
• Persons accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.

4 Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration Requirements

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You warrant that all information provided is true and correct.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual person may hold only one active jlph77 Account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. jlph77 employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balances held in duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

4.3 KYC Verification

jlph77 is required by PAGCOR regulations and the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) to verify the identity of all members before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, PhilSys national ID);
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash or Maya account registered under your name);
• Additional documents as required by jlph77's compliance team.

jlph77 reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account at any time pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a request may result in Account closure.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jlph77 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

jlph77 will never ask you for your password through any communication channel. Any request for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to jlph77 support immediately.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorized by you. jlph77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, except to the extent caused by jlph77's own negligence or willful misconduct.

In the event of suspected unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify jlph77 support immediately. jlph77 will investigate and, where appropriate, take steps to secure your Account, which may include a temporary suspension while the investigation is ongoing.

6 Deposits & Payments

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jlph77 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (₱) except USDT TRC20, which is converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jlph77 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.

6.3 Deposit Restrictions

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit received from a payment account not registered in the member's name may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

jlph77 reserves the right to impose deposit limits on any Account at any time in accordance with responsible gaming policies or regulatory requirements.

7 Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Requirements

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed only to payment accounts registered in the same name as the jlph77 Account. Completed KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request is approved.

7.2 Processing Times

jlph77 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and may be extended where additional verification is required under jlph77's anti-money laundering procedures.

7.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

jlph77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to enhanced due diligence documentation for large withdrawals. jlph77 may withhold or delay withdrawals where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

jlph77 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published with each promotion. General bonus rules include:

• Bonuses credited to your account are not withdrawable until wagering requirements have been fully satisfied;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus — expired bonuses are forfeited;
• jlph77 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being credited to an Account;
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, collusion, or exploiting promotional terms in bad faith — will result in cancellation of all bonuses and may result in Account closure;
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms;
• jlph77 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time where required by law or regulatory obligations.

9 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on the jlph77 Platform use certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer systems provided by licensed game suppliers. Game outcomes are determined by certified systems independent of jlph77's operational control.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on jlph77's servers, the server-side record shall be the definitive record. jlph77's decision on disputed game outcomes is final, subject to the formal disputes process outlined in jlph77's support procedures.

jlph77 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction has affected the outcome, where a game was offered or played in error, or where there is evidence of collusion, cheating, or use of software designed to gain an unfair advantage.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlph77 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension or termination:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Creating or operating multiple Accounts;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform or its games;
• Colluding with other players or exploiting game mechanics to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws;
• Attempting to exploit bonuses or promotions in bad faith, including bonus abuse or chip dumping;
• Attempting to access, tamper with, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform's systems or software;
• Using funds in your Account derived from criminal activity;
• Engaging in any conduct that jlph77 reasonably determines to be harmful to other members, the Platform, or jlph77's reputation.

11 Responsible Gaming

jlph77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. jlph77 provides all members with access to the following responsible gaming tools directly from their Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your gambling spend;
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the amount of time you spend on the Platform per session;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform.

Self-exclusion is enforced at the system level. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period. Members who have self-excluded may not attempt to circumvent self-exclusion by creating new accounts — any such accounts will be immediately closed.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the jlph77 Platform — including but not limited to the jlph77 name, logo, trademarks, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and data — is the intellectual property of jlph77 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without jlph77's express prior written consent.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jlph77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruptions.

jlph77 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond jlph77's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific services.

jlph77's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jlph77's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

14 Termination

jlph77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jlph77 reasonably determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting jlph77 support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account (after deduction of any outstanding bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method within a reasonable time, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

jlph77 shall not be liable to you for any loss resulting from the closure of your Account where such closure was caused by your breach of these Terms.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to jlph77's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

Where a dispute relates to jlph77's gaming license or regulatory compliance, such dispute may also be referred to PAGCOR in accordance with its dispute resolution procedures.

16 Amendments

jlph77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, jlph77 will provide reasonable notice to Members via email or a notice posted on the Platform prior to the amendments taking effect. The effective date of the most recent version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the amendments.
